What are cankles? 

Cankles is a term used to describe when the skin on the top of your feet hangs over the back of your ankle. It can also refer to when there is a visible indentation on the front of your ankles.

Cankles Exercises:

2) Sit on a chair or bench, cross one leg over the other, then lean forward until you feel the tension in your calf muscle. Hold for 30 seconds and repeat with other leg for 30 seconds 

3) Stand in front of a wall 

4) Ankle Circles: Stand with your feet at hip-width apart and make small circles with your toes while keeping your heels on the ground. You can do this for 10-20 seconds or as long as you feel comfortable. Repeat this exercise 3-4 times on each foot.
